Integral Cradles, a leading provider of specialist façade access solutions, is pleased to announce a series of new partnerships with contractors across the UK, having been appointed to deliver bespoke access equipment on four significant developments in Manchester and London.
The projects mark the start of new working relationships for Integral Cradles with HG Construction Limited, RG Group, Faithdean, and Jaysam Contractors, further extending the firm’s reach across the residential, student accommodation and mixed-use sectors.
Red River Point, Manchester – HG Construction Limited
Working with HG Construction Limited, Integral Cradles is delivering access equipment for Red River Point on Medlock Street, an exceptional 38-storey student accommodation scheme for Greystar in Manchester city centre. The development will provide 1,014 student bedrooms alongside gym, amenity and communal spaces, including a roof terrace, and is being delivered under the Building Safety Act 2022, having achieved regulatory approval at Gateway Stage 2 in May 2025.
For this logistically challenging project, Integral Cradles is providing a single luffing jib BMU with a 3.8m reach and 575kg auxiliary winch, traversing on a 206m twin track system.
Meridian Square, Stratford – RG Group
In partnership with RG Group, Integral Cradles is delivering access equipment for Unite Students’ Meridian Square development in Stratford, east London. The 41-storey tower, targeted for completion in 2028, will include roof terraces, extensive study and community space, and around 10,000 sq ft of commercial space, alongside a new entrance and exit to Stratford Underground Station to benefit the local community.
Integral Cradles is supplying a single static pantograph BMU with a 24m reach and 500kg auxiliary winch, fitted with an approach cradle to achieve façade access beneath the building’s overhang.
The Lazari Building, Mayfair – Faithdean
Working with Faithdean, Integral Cradles is providing access equipment for the redevelopment of the former Fenwick department store at 53-63 New Bond Street and 7 Brook Street, Mayfair. Designed by Foster + Partners, the sustainable, mixed-use scheme will retain much of the site’s historic façades and existing structure while delivering 36,000 sq ft of retail space and 115,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.
The access solution comprises a single traversing powered trolley with a removable powered cradle, four abseil monorails totalling 84m in length, two abseil davits, and a single wall-mounted safety line.
1 Burlington Lane, Hounslow – Jaysam Contractors
Integral Cradles has also partnered with Jaysam Contractors on 1 Burlington Lane, a new residential development in Hounslow comprising 132 tenure-blind homes across two primary buildings and four townhouses, arranged around a shared 489 sq. m communal garden.
The project will see Integral Cradles install a single trackless BMU with a 6.7m reach, 300kg auxiliary winch, and a parking height of 1.5m.
