FM Director reports on Integral Cradles’ continuing strong performance

Kevin Walton, Managing Director of Integral Cradles and GIND UK, has featured in a double-page spread in FM Director magazine.

FM Director is the flagship publication of FMBusinessDaily.com, written for and read by those who yield the most influence in the sector.

Starting in the second half of 2022, it has quickly established itself amongst the leading titles in the industry. Its founding principle is simple: to provide the highest quality information to assist the FM sector to achieve higher levels of appreciation for the excellent value it delivers in all areas.

The article charts the achievements during 2022, which saw both Integral Cradles and GIND UK achieve a ‘Highly Commended’ at the prestigious IWFM Impact Awards for the ground-breaking access solution at 52 Lime Street, London (known as The Scalpel).

It also gives a glimpse of some of the outstanding projects and buildings the teams from both companies have been involved with during the last few months. Lastly, and crucially, the article describes the companies’ journey to net zero. In November last year, GIND UK was awarded a zero carbon energy certificate from British Gas Business. Integral Cradles was also proud to maintain a 100% monthly sustainability score with its client Multiplex.

Since the article was published, both Integral Cradles and GIND UK have announced their switch to a 100% all-electric fleet. 2023 sees Integral Cradles and GIND UK continue their journey towards becoming net zero by 2026 – placing them in the top echelon of companies in their sector.
