Integral Cradles and partner GIND UK (warrantied maintenance provider) have a record of success in creating and maintaining highly successful access solutions for client Canary Wharf – a record which continues to grow as both companies have further construction and maintenance projects scheduled.
Canary Wharf Group is the developer of the largest urban regeneration project in Europe. As an owner, manager and developer, the company is responsible for the regeneration of 128 acres of the once-derelict Docklands district of East London. Its purpose is to transform urban spaces into extraordinary environments.
Construction projects Integral Cradles and GIND UK have completed for Canary Wharf can be seen on the map (pictured), which are:
Southbank Place. This large Thames-side development sits opposite Big Ben and Houses of Parliament and is minutes away from Waterloo mainline station. In all, there are 531,000 square feet of office space; 55,000 square feet of retail space; 880 homes on 826,000 square feet; and open space and gardens.
