In 2021, Integral Cradles completed the installation of an access solution at One Thames City No.8, in London’s Nine Elms. The work was for contractor Midgard and client R&F Property. Its team of specialists is back on site again to commission works on the telescopic building maintenance unit (BMU).
Twelve towers are planned under One Thames City Development to give an iconic change to London’s extraordinary skyline. Set within Nine Elms, No. 8 One Thames City is a 53 storey ultra-luxury residential development and the first of this series. Besides having unobstructed and unparalleled capital’s views from well-conceptualized apartments, the residents will have access to world-class amenities and premium services at their fingertips.
The entire development of One Thames City comprises of twelve buildings, presenting 1,417 residences, retail outlets, eateries and over 120,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and 2.5 acres of open green space for the public within Linear Park. No. 8 is the tallest in One Thames City and will boast 298 ultra-luxury residences upon completion.
