Integral Cradles solves challenge at Europe’s tallest residential tower development One Nine Elms

A team of specialist engineers is currently on site at One Nine Elms to undertake the installation of a building maintenance unit (BMU) and parapet tracks at podium level 3. A parapet mounted BMU was needed due to the limited roof space available.

One Nine Elms is a mixed-use development consisting of a 56-storey City Tower and a 42-storey River Tower. The development is amid a multi-billion-pound investment that is transforming the area. The architect is Kohn Pedersen Fox.

Integral Cradles is working alongside maintenance partner GIND UK at the development to deliver a complete installation and maintenance solution.
