Façade access installation specialist Integral Cradles has appointed Vijay Selvaraju as Head of New Equipment Sales, with effect from 1st June 2026. Vijay brings with him more than two decades of specialist expertise in the building maintenance unit and suspended access sector.
Vijay joins Integral Cradles on 1st June 2026 from Alimak Group UK’s Façade Access Division, where he served as Head of New Equipment Sales for the UK market. His appointment represents a significant addition to the Integral Cradles team as the business continues to grow its portfolio of high-profile projects across London and beyond.
With a career spanning more than 25 years in the access and lifting industry, Vijay has held senior sales and technical leadership roles with a number of respected organisations in the sector. His breadth of experience encompasses the full project lifecycle, from tender and design through to delivery and maintenance, directly aligned with the integrated approach that Integral Cradles and its maintenance partner GIND UK are known for.
A strategic appointment
