Pablo Folgar- Leading Integral Cradles to new heights

At the heart of Integral Cradles is Pablo Folgar, our highly skilled construction lead, who oversees all operations within our busy installation team.

Since joining Integral Cradles in 2015, Pablo has become a key figure in running the day-to-day operations, managing a team that delivers some of the most technically demanding façade access solutions in the industry.

With a background in the lift industry, Pablo’s journey to becoming a project management leader has been shaped by years of hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence.

His previous role as a project engineer at Schindler provided him with a strong foundation, which he has built on since joining us. His expertise now spans the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and planning to installation, testing and commissioning.

Running a skilled and efficient team

Based in our London SE1 office, Pablo leads a talented team that includes BIM designers, project managers and test and commissioning engineers. Under his guidance, the team works together to deliver high quality results for our blue-chip clients, meeting deadlines and staying on budget. With his adaptable skill set and relationship-focused approach, Pablo ensures that our projects run smoothly, maintaining strong relationships with our clients and collaborating with all stakeholders.

His impressive portfolio includes landmark projects such as 48 Leicester Square, Marble Arch Place, One Blackfriars Road and London Docks, where he has successfully managed the BMU design, installation and testing activities. Through these projects, Pablo has earned a reputation for reliability, quality and trust – qualities that are essential in the fast-paced world of high-level building work.

The driving force behind Integral Cradles

Pablo’s role goes beyond just project management. He is the driving force behind our operational success, taking responsibility for ensuring the smooth execution of all construction activities at Integral Cradles. Supported by our managing director, Kevin Walton, who provides valuable commercial insight, Pablo plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our business, leading with confidence and precision. His leadership and day-to-day management have cemented his status as a well-known and respected figure in the sector.

With qualifications including an HND and a Mechanical Engineering Degree, alongside extensive internal training in health and safety, working at height and fire marshalling, Pablo is not only technically proficient but also fully committed to overseeing the highest safety standards on all projects.
