Building Details:
The refurbishment of City Place House by Bovis (Lendlease) for GPE created one of the most environmentally progressive buildings in the City of London; carbon neutral and achieving a WELL Gold standard.
2 Aldermanbury Square will offer 322,600 sq ft of premium office space, pre-let to Clifford Chance, and includes a new pedestrian link into the pedway network that reaches out to the neighbouring Barbican Centre.
Equipment supplied:
Integral Cradles delivered a comprehensive multi-level access solution for 2 Aldermanbury Square, featuring an impressive parallelogram BMU with 32.5m maximum reach and 750kg auxiliary winch traversing on twin tracks. The installation included two ground floor monorails specifically designed for glass replacement operations, alongside 174 lifting points strategically positioned throughout the building.
