Building Details:

105 Victoria Street is a landmark development comprising 470,000 square feet of premium commercial office space across sixteen floors, complemented by ground floor retail units.

Integral Cradles’ system comprises a traversing BMU with an 11-metre reach, specifically designed to provide comprehensive façade access despite the spatial constraints. The unit features an auxiliary winch, providing additional lifting capability for maintenance tasks and ensuring flexible access to all areas of the building’s façade.

Challenges Overcome:

This project presented significant design challenges due to a highly constrained roof space and restricted BMU travel corridor. However, by adopting a model-first design approach, Integral Cradles identified and resolved any potential issues during the design phase, ensuring a seamless installation process.
