This project was constructed by Multiplex and reached practical completion in 2022.
Known as Jenga Tower due to its complex shape, this residential development consists of a 50-storey North Tower and a 24-storey South Tower, situated in Nine Elms on the South Bank, amid a multi-billion-pound investment that is transforming the area. The architect is Kohn Pedersen Fox and the interiors are by Versace.
Integral Cradles has completed this project to the client’s R&F Properties satisfaction – we also pleased to have worked with this team on another project, One Nine Elms.
GIND UK assisted with the testing and commissioning of the building access machines, alongside the Integral Cradles Ltd installation teams. This highly complex project involves multiple BMUs and various monorails with powered cradles.
