Part of the broader Priory Quarter masterplan, this project occupies a pivotal location, midblock between Priory Street and Havelock Road in Hastings. It is a mixed retail and office development scheme providing 83,500 sq ft of accommodation.
The creation of Priory Quarter is part of a broader economic development programme from Sea Change Sussex. This includes the development of commercial property and sites of a wide range of types and sizes across East Sussex to suit businesses large and small alike.
We provided 2 building maintenance units, one short reach fixed single jib machine with a powered screw jack luffing system, the other long reach fixed twin jib machine with a hydraulic luffing and manual cradle slew systems. Both BMUs run along a guide track on the roof providing a simple and reliable solution for these working buildings.
