London Development Project

The London Development Project is a large and significant project which was completed for Multiplex and their client, global investment bank Goldman Sachs. The £359 million building is the new European headquarters for Goldman Sachs. The architect is KPF (Kohn Pedersen Fox).

This commercial building development and takes almost a full block of space (859,000 square feet) between Fleet Street and Farrington Station. This was a challenging site due to the proximity across the bridge from our other project at Blackfriars Tower.

Integral Cradles created two large external BMUs with glass replacement facility, and a large internal monorail / gantry system with many additional safety line and localised access solutions.
As part of our provision to the client, we fully trained the Goldman Sachs team and our maintenance partners, GIND UK, are currently working with them on a long-term framework agreement for warrantied maintenance of the systems.

The larger of the two BMUs is parked and hidden behind the raised parapet on the building’s façade.
