This premium residential project was secured by Laing O’Rourke and they chose us to provide the four BMUs due to the market-leading quality and performance of their products. As a key partner on previous projects such as Merchant Square, Brompton Road and Princes Dock, Laing O’Rourke selected Integral Cradles as they understood the high quality that the project required could only be achieved by partnering with Integral Cradles.
One Hyde Park is a major residential and retain complex in Knightsbridge, London, including three retail units and 86 residential properties marketed with prices starting at around £20 million.
Designed by award winning Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, One Hyde Park is iconic in form, celebratory in spirit and respectful to its environment. The building has been designed in four pavilions, each with an identical BMU on its roof, servicing its façade.
The designed low-profile BMUs run on twin tracks and park below parapets to retain the aesthetic of the roof – a key factor for the architect and the tenants.
