Vijay joined Integral Cradles in June 2026, bringing with him more than 25 years of specialist experience in the building maintenance unit and suspended access sector. In his role as Head of New Equipment Sales, he is responsible for developing new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving Integral Cradles’ growth across the UK market. His deep knowledge of the façade access industry and its leading clients means he is ideally placed to identify the right solution for each project from the very outset.
Vijay holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Technology Malaysia, and an MBA from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. He also holds a range of industry qualifications including CSCS, LOLER and PUWER awareness, and Working at Height and Harness training.
Prior to joining Integral Cradles, Vijay served as Head of New Equipment Sales for the UK Façade Access Division at Alimak Group UK. Before that, he held the position of BMU Manager and General Manager at XS Platforms UK, and spent nine years as BMU and Suspended Cradle Sales and Engineering Manager at Zarafa Height Solutions (Sky Climber UK), where he developed expertise across the full project lifecycle from design and tender through to installation and maintenance.
