Integral Cradles, a leading provider of specialist façade access solutions, has appointed Pablo Folgar as its new Construction Director, effective from 14 October 2026.
Pablo joined Integral Cradles as a Project Manager in 2015 and has spent the past 11 years leading the design, installation, testing and commissioning of complex building maintenance units (BMUs) and access systems on some of London’s most technically challenging developments. In his new role, he will take on strategic responsibility for the company’s construction delivery, overseeing project teams on site and ensuring the safe, efficient installation of access equipment for Integral Cradles’ tier one clients.
A highly skilled engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Pablo built his early career in lift engineering, including almost three years as a Mechanical Engineer at Schindler UK, where he led the mechanical engineering on large-scale, high-profile schemes. He has since brought that extensive technical expertise to Integral Cradles and the façade access sector.
Throughout his career, Pablo has placed site safety at the heart of everything he does, and he is a passionate advocate for the mental health and welfare of the people he works with. His appointment reflects Integral Cradles’ wider commitment to supporting its workforce, including the recent launch of its Wellbeing Time initiative with maintenance partner GIND UK.
Discussing the appointment, Kevin Walton, Managing Director at Integral Cradles, said: “Pablo has been a key part of our success over the past 11 years, and this appointment is thoroughly deserved. His engineering knowledge, his experience of delivering major projects and his commitment to keeping our people safe and well make him the ideal person to lead our construction teams.”
“As we continue to grow and take on increasingly complex projects for our clients, Pablo’s leadership on site will be central to maintaining the high standards of safety and quality our clients expect.”
Pablo added: “I’m proud to be taking on the role of Construction Director at Integral Cradles. Every project we deliver depends on a safe, well-supported and motivated team, and I’m looking forward to building on the strong foundations we have in place as we deliver for our clients in the years ahead.”
