Integral Cradles congratulates SAEMA on award win at Association Excellence Awards

Integral Cradles and GIND UK are proud members of SAEMA (Suspended Access Equipment Manufacturers’ Association), which has been officially recognised as a national leader in professional development at the prestigious 2025 Association Excellence Awards.

The award, presented at a ceremony in London on 7th November, places SAEMA among the best UK trade associations for learning and training excellence; proof that a small, specialist association can compete and succeed alongside much larger industry bodies.

The recognition highlights the transformative impact of the SAEMA Training platform and its three core courses on safety and competence in the suspended access sector: Permanent Part 1, Temporary Part 1, and Duty Holders.

As proud SAEMA members, both Integral Cradles and our maintenance partner GIND UK benefit from the association’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and competence in the façade access industry.

Through membership, both companies receive best-in-class technical guidance, industry influence and a network of peers committed to excellence. This not only keeps the businesses safe and compliant but positions them as trusted partners in an industry where trust is everything.

SAEMA members benefit from expert advice, early access to changes in regulations and the credibility that comes with being aligned to the organisation that writes the UK standard for façade access installation and maintenance.

The SAEMA Training Platform was praised by judges for its innovative approach to professional development, which combines strategic vision with practical impact on industry safety. The training’s success is built on its engaging design, which uses expertly curated videos, interactive animations, and a rigorous online assessment process with built-in invigilation.

To date, more than 5,000 industry professionals have completed these programmes, demonstrating their effectiveness in ensuring both operatives and duty holders are fully equipped to work safely and competently.
