Integral Cradles has reaffirmed its dedication to fair pay by renewing its commitment to the London Living Wage, ensuring all employees continue to receive wages based on the real cost of living.
The London Living Wage, currently set at £14.80 per hour, significantly exceeds both the UK Living Wage (£13.45) and the National Living Wage (£12.21). This voluntary commitment means Integral Cradles employees can afford their daily essentials and maintain a decent standard of living now and in the future.
The real Living Wage is voluntarily paid by over 16,000 UK businesses who have chosen to go beyond the legal minimum wage and pay rates that reflect actual living costs.
